Kalwall Celebrates Team with Employee Appreciation Day Barbecue

At Kalwall Corporation, our mission has always been the same: Make the world a better place, one healthy, daylit building at a time. We could not accomplish that mission without the work of our incredible team of employees.

To celebrate their hard work, we recently hosted an Employee Appreciation Day barbecue. Kalwall-branded t-shirts were provided to each employee, and it is an annual tradition to keep the t-shirt color a surprise until they are distributed. This year the color choice was maroon.

We pride ourselves on being a dynamic and growing company, which is why we have several shifts at Kalwall; this allows us to expand production and manufacturing time. However, we wanted to make sure everyone could get involved, so we hosted the event so all shifts could attend and celebrate.

While we love a good celebration, we know that is not enough to show our employees how much we value and appreciate them. We believe Kalwall is one of New Hampshire’s best places to work. To that end, we have also implemented a few new policy changes, including adding floating holidays and closing on Black Friday as paid time off. We also offer competitive wages and a full benefits package, including health/dental/life insurance, 401(k) retirement savings program, vacations and holidays.
