Kalwall Corporation Appoints New Vice President, Customer Experience

Kalwall is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle MacInnis to the position of Vice President, Customer Experience. This new position was designed to focus on providing our customers with excellent service and successful solutions for their daylighting projects using Kalwall’s suite of products.

Michelle is uniquely qualified for the job, with a tenure at Kalwall spanning 23 years. Prior to taking on her new role, she managed our contract administration group for over 20 years. She has also worked in operations and installation for telecom, design-build for a general contractor and as a distributor for wastewater products. Collectively, her background brings insightful experience in construction project management that makes her the best person to lead the customer journey at Kalwall.

Michelle will oversee estimating, project coordination and drafting and will direct the day-to-day activities of the project design and structural engineering teams. Bill Wilder, a member of the customer experience team, will join Michelle in rounding out the customer journey by analyzing challenging applications and supporting installations. Above all, Michelle and her team will strive to provide Kalwall customers and distributors with a great experience in the journey to illuminate the world and provide buildings with the healthy benefits of our beautiful daylighting solutions.

Michelle received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and legal studies, graduating summa cum laude from the American College of History and Legal Studies at the Massachusetts School of Law, as well as an associate’s degree from New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University). Michelle and her husband, Charlie, are the proud parents of a ten-year-old daughter and six-year-old son.
