Kalwall 100

The Kalwall 100 system provides architects and owners access to more options for daylighting buildings, while enabling compliance with strict energy envelope and structural regulations!

The Kalwall 100 system is based on a 4" (100 mm) thick, thermally broken Kalwall sandwich panel, manufactured with the same face, grid and fiberglass insulation materials used in the thermally broken 2-3/4" (70 mm) Kalwall flat panel.

The Kalwall 100 panel fills the gap in value/performance options between the current 0.10 U-value (Btu/hr/ft²/°F) and Kalwall+ Lumira^TM aerogel 0.05 U-value (Btu/hr/ft²/°F) (0.56 and 0.30 W/m²K) panels.

Available as a Wall Panel System (Panel-Units with 2-3/4" HC sash or 2-3/4" Louvers), Curtainwall (Panel Unit), Window Replacement, S-Line Unit Skylight, Skyroof^® System (shed and supported ridge) and, stategic partner, Structures Unlimited, Inc. Clearspan^TM System.
